Do you feel more grounded when you’re in nature?
Being outside brings perspective: a reminder that we are not seperate from nature, but part of it. Through my work, I explore the connection between humans, animals and the ecosystems we depend on, inviting a slower, more attentive way of looking. You’re welcome to take your time here.

I’m a biologist and project leader working on climate and sustainability in healthcare. Alongside, I paint and draw.
Art allows me to slow down and look closely at the living systems we are part of. My background in biology shapes how I see the world: as a complex of natural systems that is worth and needs protecting.
Trough realism and composition, I create work that reflects care. For species, for landscapes and for the, sometimes fragile, relationships that hold everything together and sustain life.
I write about art, ecology, behind the scenes and what painting and drawing has taught me
